The L3CTA appreciates the support of its partners in running the organisation and events, either through financial support or support-in-kind. Words can not express how disappointed I am with the Government for showing the lack of respect they have for teachers. Maybe if they freeze MPs wages and give them no way to increase their wages except to do the job for another 7 years … Teachers go up and beyond to help their students reach their full potential and the teachers that excel should have the opportunity to be rewarded for it. For the teachers that have banked competencies at least let them finish the process. The soul searching and self doubt when undertaking this process is heart wrenching and to stop these teachers finishing the process is torture.
